Company:

Wealthspire

Advisor blends disciplined execution, technology and relationship-driven strategies

Michael Bueti, vice president and wealth advisor at Wealthspire, is emerging as a next-generation leader through a combination of rapid growth, client-centric service and forward-looking innovation.

Bueti has played a central role in managing and expanding a client base of approximately 100 households representing $285 million in assets under management. In 2025 alone, he contributed to $205 million in new AUM—representing 338% year-over-year growth—driven by new relationships, expanded mandates and advisor team acquisitions. His disciplined approach to portfolio construction also helped generate approximately $15 million in client investment returns during the year.

Equally notable is his 100% client retention rate, reflecting strong communication, trust and consistent delivery. Bueti continues to build a robust pipeline, including an $80 million opportunity set, while developing new centers of influence that are already producing high-value prospects.

Beyond client work, Bueti is advancing the firm’s Rising Gen initiative, helping scale it into a firmwide platform. He led a two-part investment simulator workshop for clients’ children, introducing foundational financial concepts and strengthening multi-generational relationships.

He also mentors interns annually and remains active in community philanthropy, supporting organizations such as Smile Farms and Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children.

Bueti’s use of technology, including advanced reporting tools like Addepar, enhances transparency and client engagement, while his thought leadership and industry participation position him at the forefront of modern advisory practices. His blend of performance, innovation and relationship-building underscores his role as a rising leader shaping the future of wealth management.
