Capital Square

Rapid rise, advisor education and community impact define a relationship-driven approach to growth

Since joining Capital Square in January 2025 as AVP of national RIA accounts for the Southeast, Jack Reifsnider has moved with urgency, quickly building relationships with registered investment advisory firms and sharpening the firm’s presence in a competitive market. In less than a year, he was promoted to regional VP of Blue Ridge sales, now serving as the external wholesaler for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee—a pace of advancement that reflects both his determination and the confidence leadership has placed in him.

Jack’s value extends well beyond production. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and has developed deep fluency in tax-advantaged real estate investments, actively sharing that knowledge with advisors and RIAs to help them better serve clients. In February 2026, he spoke at the Restoring Hope and Building Opportunities National Summit, addressing policymakers and community leaders on how opportunity zone investments can drive job creation, infrastructure improvements, and economic mobility in underserved communities. He argued that these strategies can function “not just as a financial strategy, but as a driver of real-world impact.”

Outside the office, Jack’s community engagement is consistent and hands-on. He has volunteered on multiple Habitat for Humanity builds, helped raise funds for Tad’s Kids, and supported the Peavey Project’s mindfulness-based mental health programs. He brings the same focus he once showed as an offensive line captain to client relationships and team dynamics, and his earlier recognition at Transamerica—Team Player of the Year in 2023 and 2024 and selection to the Internal Wholesaler Council—underscores a reputation for collaboration, leadership, and long-term thinking.
