Danielle White: Building a One-Stop Operations Platform for Independent Advisors
50-person team delivers technology, marketing and operational solutions
Danielle White, CEO of Myriad Advisor Solutions, is driving the firm’s evolution as a strategic partner to independent financial advisors and small business owners navigating growth and operational complexity.
Since joining the firm in 2009, White has helped scale Myriad into a comprehensive platform supporting breakaway brokers and independent advisors seeking to build and expand their practices. Today, she leads a team of approximately 50 professionals delivering integrated solutions across technology, marketing, human resources and operations—allowing advisors to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.
White’s leadership is centered on empowering entrepreneurs to operate more efficiently and effectively in an increasingly competitive landscape. Myriad’s core client base includes advisors transitioning to independence and RIAs looking to scale, though the firm also supports a select group of other businesses with customized solutions tailored to their needs.
A key differentiator of White’s approach is her emphasis on education and practical guidance. By helping clients navigate operational challenges—from infrastructure buildouts to workflow optimization—she enables sustainable, long-term growth. This hands-on, consultative model has positioned Myriad as a resource for firms seeking both strategic direction and execution support.
Beyond her role at Myriad, White is actively engaged in industry collaboration and thought leadership. She is a member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, where she contributes to a national think tank focused on enhancing client experience and business best practices. She is also involved with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO Iowa Chapter), further expanding her perspective on scaling businesses across sectors.
