Greg Giardino: Turning Personal Experience Into Client-Focused Advisory Approach
Estate planning, legacy preservation drive wealth management philosophy
Greg Giardino, vice president and financial advisor at Wealth Enhancement, is delivering a deeply personal approach to wealth management shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience.
Giardino’s path into the industry was influenced by a formative event early in life, when his entrepreneurial father passed away unexpectedly. Through effective estate and financial planning, his family was able to maintain financial stability and preserve a lasting legacy—an experience that now informs his commitment to helping clients protect their families and long-term wealth.
With nearly two decades in financial planning, Giardino specializes in advising high-net-worth individuals and families, focusing on tax-efficient strategies, estate planning and wealth preservation. As a CFP® professional and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), he delivers comprehensive solutions tailored to complex financial situations, including business exit planning, inheritance structuring and commercial real estate transactions.
Giardino also brings specialized expertise in serving academic and medical professionals. He works closely with faculty and physicians affiliated with Rutgers University, including practitioners at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, the Rutgers Cancer Institute and New Jersey Medical School. He frequently speaks at Rutgers Business School, providing guidance on financial planning strategies for professionals navigating demanding careers and evolving compensation structures.
Beyond his advisory work, Giardino is active in both the professional and local community. He serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey and the Greater Pascack Valley Chamber of Commerce, contributing to industry development and regional economic growth.
