Natalie Lamberton: Rising PE Leader Driving Tech Deals and Institutional Growth
Natalie Lamberton is a Director at GTCR LLC, where she sits on the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) investment team. She joined GTCR in 2016 and was promoted to Director in 2024.
During her tenure at GTCR, Lamberton has worked on over a dozen deals, focusing particularly on vertical software and enterprise-tech companies. Among her notable achievements: she played a key role in the firm’s 2016 investment in a major video-telematics company, guiding the deal from early stages to a subsequent sale that saw the company’s valuation rise more than threefold. She has also contributed significantly to successful exits and growth-stage acquisitions across GTCR’s portfolio, demonstrating deep operational and strategic sensibilities.
She is being honored with the Connect Money Next Generation Alternative Investment Award for her blend of analytical rigor, entrepreneurial energy, and ability to scale technology-driven companies within a private equity framework.
