Adam Rosenkranz: Driving Value and Stewardship at Christina Real Estate Investors

Company:

Christina Real Estate Investors

Adam Rosenkranz serves as CIO at Christina Real Estate Investors, a Malibu-based real estate sponsor with a 45-year track record acquiring and operating premium mixed-use, multifamily, office, and retail assets throughout the Westside of Los Angeles. In his role, he oversees acquisition due diligence, asset-level business plans, and the firm’s in-house property management operations, ensuring each investment is positioned for both performance and long-term relevance.

Adam previously worked at Wells Fargo Private Bank in San Francisco, where he managed a large, diversified real estate portfolio on behalf of high-net-worth clients and family offices. That experience provided a strong foundation across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties and sharpened his approach to risk assessment, underwriting, and strategic asset enhancement.

At Christina, Adam plays a central role in sourcing off-market and event-driven opportunities, including properties tied to divorce, bankruptcy, or estate transitions. He is known for repositioning underperforming assets through targeted renovations, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse strategies.

Among recent accomplishments are the acquisition and repositioning of a fully occupied multifamily property in Brentwood and the revitalization of a historic retail block in Larchmont Village, where he and the Christina team successfully leased all storefronts to high-end, pedestrian-focused retailers—bringing renewed energy and value to a beloved neighborhood corridor.

Adam is being recognized with the Connect Money Next Generation Alternative Investment Award for his ability to combine disciplined underwriting, opportunistic deal sourcing, and community-centered stewardship. His leadership exemplifies the next generation of alternative investment professionals dedicated to delivering stable returns while enhancing the communities they serve.
