Dane Chodos: Advancing Digital-Infrastructure Investing Through a Next-Gen Vision
Dane Chodos is a Principal at Blue Owl Capital, where he serves on the firm’s Digital Infrastructure investment team. In this role, he spearheads acquisitions, development, and relationship management across a wide range of infrastructure assets—bringing operational oversight and strategic execution to complex, long-duration investments.
Before Blue Owl, Dane was VP at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s digital-infrastructure strategy, gaining deep expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and managing critical infrastructure deals. His earlier career includes a professional stint at Digital Realty (DLR), a global REIT specializing in data centers—where he focused on portfolio management—further honing his skills in the infrastructure space.
He is being honored with the Connect Money Next Generation Alternative Investment Award for his ability to merge operational discipline, deep sector knowledge, and innovative infrastructure investing.
