Megan Pautler-Gutnikov: Driving L-T Value and Operational Excellence at KCB Partners

Company:

KCB Partners

Megan Pautler-Gutnikov is a Managing Director at KCB Partners, a diversified investment platform with over $2 billion in gross alternative assets across real estate, private equity, and venture capital. In her role, she leads capital deployment, oversees the firm’s investment portfolio, and serves on the Investment Committee. During her tenure at KCB, Megan has executed more than 50 real estate joint-venture equity transactions totaling over $1 billion in asset value.

Prior to joining KCB Partners, Megan was an Associate at Grayhawk Capital, where she focused on acquisitions and portfolio management for early- to growth-stage technology companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she also earned a certificate in International Business, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Her ability to source and execute across sectors with a long-hold, control-investment approach underscores her versatility and disciplined underwriting mindset.

In addition to her real estate work, Megan serves on the Board of Directors for ThriftBooks, Dynamic Rx, and Revibe Men’s Health.

Megan is recognized with the Connect Money Next Generation Alternative Investment Award for her exemplary leadership in deploying capital prudently, navigating complex, multi-asset value-add real estate deals, and delivering long-term value for investors. Her track record demonstrates the next generation of alternative-investment professionals: strategic, diversified, and committed to sustainable returns alongside operational excellence.
