Tom Noble: Leading Operational Growth at Artes Capital

Company:

Artes Capital

Tom Noble, a recipient of Connect Money’s Next Gen Alternative Investment Award, is recognized for his leadership, operational excellence, and growing influence within the private credit ecosystem. As COO of Artes Capital, Tom has emerged as a standout next-generation executive helping reshape how sponsor-focused real estate lenders operate in today’s rapidly shifting credit markets.

Since joining Artes Capital in 2025, Tom has overseen the firm’s full operational infrastructure—including originations, underwriting, investor relations, marketing, and asset management. His mandate: build a scalable, disciplined, and technology-forward lending platform capable of supporting experienced real estate sponsors across market cycles.

At Artes, he has strengthened underwriting rigor, enhanced borrower and investor experience, and implemented systems that enable faster decision-making and more consistent deal execution.
