Nemes Rush Family Wealth Management

Deeply invested in mentoring young professionals

Strives to be role model for those considering financial advisory career

As a financial advisor for Nemes Rush Family Wealth Management, Michael Nemes has worked on several projects. The most special projects to him aren’t aways the biggest clients. One project that was most impactful was helping a client after her husband passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Amid grief and uncertainty, it soon becomes evident that one of our most important roles as financial professionals is being a trusted advisor who clients can call during their most difficult times.

He is proud to have practiced as a CPA for over 10 years prior to working in wealth management. Being a CPA in addition to being a Certified Financial Planner allows him to further help his clients achieve their financial goals through robust tax and estate planning.

Beyond his professional work, he is also deeply invested in the community, mentoring young professionals and dedicating time volunteering at his school and church. He also coaches youth soccer, fostering teamwork and leadership skills among young athletes. He finds it extremely rewarding to give back and try to be a role model for younger members of the community.

Michael strives to be a role model for those considering a career in financial advising, especially those who are passionate about helping their clients. He hopes to attract more individuals to the industry who are passionate about making a difference in their clients’ lives.

Receiving this award would highlight his dedication to the core value of the wealth management industry: helping others—especially those in his community—achieve their financial goals. It would serve as a powerful reminder that financial advising is not just about managing assets but about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

These are just a few reasons Michael Nemes was chosen as a recipient of Connect Money’s 2025 Next Generation Wealth Management Award. Now in its second year, the Next Generation Awards honor emerging leaders who are poised to significantly shape the future of the wealth management industry.
