Jessica Correnti
Nearly tripled the selling group
Selected for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) 2025-2026 class of IPA Rising Leaders
As SVP of national accounts at Capital Square, Jessica Correnti is responsible for the support and nurturing of Capital Square’s existing relationships with broker-dealers and registered investment advisors, as well as leading the company’s pursuit of new relationships nationwide. One key initiative she has led the way in is transforming the ever-important role of national accounts within the firm. Traditionally, national accounts has operated in a more transactional role, focusing largely on only basic interactions between departments. Recognizing the opportunity for deeper engagement, she has worked to create a more comprehensive model that benefits all involved. By acting as a liaison between due diligence, analysts, advisors and more, national accounts has the ability to dive deeper into each area and provide essential insights tailored to provide greater support for the sales team, which in turn helps to drive revenue.
This shift has strengthened partnerships across multiple channels, ultimately leading to increased direct investment referrals and innovative and creative strategies which help to keep Capital Square and its advisors top of mind for our investment partners.
During her time at Capital Square, she has worked to nearly triple the selling group while continuing to contribute to the firm’s dedication to educating both other industry professionals and the public about tax-advantaged real estate and strategies, including 1031 exchanges and opportunity zones.
She has earned several professional and personal accomplishments, but an experience that profoundly impacted both her professional and personal life was facing a major stroke in her early 20s. It left her paralyzed, and while it was undeniably challenging, it also became a source of strength.
During her recovery, she continued to work full-time, even earning her Certified Financial Planner designation. This is an experience which she is extremely proud of, as it truly solidified her professional and personal determination.
While at her prior firm, Peachtree Group, she spearheaded due diligence reviews with two major independent broker-dealer networks, which helped the company more than double its selling group. She is also passionate about education, and created new resources focused on tax-advantaged real estate strategies to empower other professionals in the field and help to bring in more advisors to the alternative investments industry.
She regularly dedicates time to her local church, volunteering as needed across several different areas and volunteers with non-profit organizations focused on empowering and supporting mothers, as well as advocating for the health, safety and well-being of children and future generations. Furthermore, she is a recognized leader in the alternative investments industry, recently selected for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) 2025-2026 class of IPA Rising Leaders.
Additionally, she provides guidance and mentorship to other women in the industry, helping to support them as they progress through their careers. Through these efforts, she regularly strives to demonstrate a strong commitment to service, leadership and creating a positive impact both within the financial industry and the broader community.
If she could leave one lasting mark on the industry, it would be to redefine the paradigm of professional success and to prove that excellence in financial services does not have to come at the expense of personal fulfillment.
She consistently works to raise the bar for what is possible in the industry and shows we can operate with exceptional dedication and skill while also maintaining balanced and enriching lives. This entails dismantling and leaving behind outdated limitations, while fostering a culture that prioritizes both professional achievement and personal well-being.
Ultimately, she is working to inspire a new generation of financial professionals to pursue excellence without sacrificing other vital aspects of their lives and believes this will create a more sustainable and vibrant future for the industry, which is good for clients, advisors, businesses and the industry overall.
Receiving this award would not only be a proud personal achievement, but it would also send a powerful message to the industry, highlighting the impact of innovation, collaboration and the raising of professional standards, while also building toward a more supportive environment, especially for women in our industry.
These are just a few reasons Jessica Correnti was chosen as a recipient of Connect Money’s 2025 Next Generation Wealth Management Award. Now in its second year, the Next Generation Awards honor emerging leaders who are poised to significantly shape the future of the wealth management industry.
