$250M FA Hops to LPL from Osaic Wealth
LPL Financial has lured a financial advisor from Osaic Wealth, where he oversaw about $250 million in advisory, brokerage, and retirement plan assets.
Brandon Dixon-James, based in Fresno, CA, launched Resilient Wealth Management in 2020 and has joined LPL’s broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, and custodial platforms.
Resilient Wealth Management is supported by the director of client events Nicole James, who is also Dixon-James’ spouse, operations associate Edith Corrales, and front office representative Amelia Kitchens, LPL said.
Resilient Wealth offers “personalized” services, including financial planning, investment management, and investment planning to pre-retirees and retirees, according to the firm’s website.
Dixon-James chose LPL’s advisor channel for its services, technology, and the opportunity to provide an “elevated client experience,” LPL said.
“Making the move to LPL is an incredible opportunity for me to create the best version of my business,” Dixon-James said. “From LPL’s integrated and streamlined technology to the fact that they are self-clearing, everything LPL offers is with advisors in mind. But what solidified my decision to move to LPL is their commitment to the communities they serve and the fact they offer various Financial Advisor Inclusion programs, like the Black Financial Advisor Community.”
Recently, LPL added Bryan, TX-based Wyatt Wealth Management, which has about $180 million in client assets.
LPL Financial has approximately $1.8 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets and supports over 29,000 financial advisors across 1,200 financial institutions, according to the firm.
Brandon Dixon-James was selected as a recipient of Connect Money’s 2025 Next Generation Wealth Management Award.
