LPL Financial has nabbed a financial advisor from Wells Fargo, where he oversaw about $180 million in advisory, brokerage, and retirement plan assets. Jason Wyatt, based in Bryan, TX, launched Wyatt Wealth Management while joining LPL’s broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, and custodial platforms. 

Wyatt has more than 30 years of industry experience and provides wealth management and retirement strategies to families, pre-retirees, and retirees. LPL said. 

Wyatt chose LPL’s advisor channel for its services, tools, and technology, LPL said. 

“LPL does not offer proprietary investment products, which allows us to provide the appropriate products and services for our clients,” Wyatt said. “And, because our clients are at the center of everything we do, we are even expanding our staff and office space to provide a next-level experience that allows us to better serve our clients.” 

Recently, a $220 million four-person team joined LPL’s existing firm, Minnesota-based Strategic Wealth Group, from Thrivent Investment Management.
