Prime Capital Financial Purchases Bradshaw Rogers Financial Partners
Prime Capital Financial, formerly Prime Capital Investment Advisors, has acquired a North Carolina-based planning-led wealth management firm, which oversees about $600 million in assets under management.
Salisbury, NC-based Bradshaw Rogers Financial Partners, founded in 2006, provides “comprehensive” wealth management with a specialization in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, risk management, and tax strategy.
As part of the acquisition, Bradshaw Rogers’ seven-person team will transition to Prime Capital Financial’s headcount. Bradshaw Rogers’ founders Trent Bradshaw and Brandon Rogers, have joined Prime Capital as partners.
Additionally, Bradshaw Rogers will adopt Prime Capital’s name and has left its former broker-dealer, United Partners, to join Prime Capital’s Private Client Services.
“Prime Capital Financial continues to identify firms that share our planning-first mindset and commitment to client service,” Glenn Spencer, CEO at Prime Capital Financial, said. “Trent and Brandon have built an exemplary team with a strong tax-focused approach that complements our recent expansion into tax services.”
With Prime Capital’s latest addition, the RIA has expanded its footprint across North and South Carolina with existing offices in Asheville, Charleston, Charlotte, and Raleigh, Prime Capital said.
In October, Prime Capital Financial launched its tax advisory division, with Texas-based Hartman Wanzor McNamara, a tax advisory firm, which provides tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services.
In March, the RIA also launched its prime capital family office, following the acquisition of Austin-based SineCera Capital, which manages $1.55 billion in total client assets.
Overland Park, KS-based Prime Capital Financial oversees about $30 billion in assets under management across 44,399 accounts, according to its latest Form ADV updated in December.
