Integrated Partners Adds Pisces Wealth with $300M in AUM
Hybrid RIA Integrated Partners has acquired a Kansas-based advisory practice with about $300 million in assets under management.
Lawrence, KS-based Pisces Wealth, launched in 2020, is led by founders Greg Hill and James Norton and offers wealth management, financial planning, investment management, and family office-related services, according to the firm’s website.
As part of the acquisition, Overland Park, KS-based Hillside Wealth, has joined Integrated, the firm said. Hillside Wealth is led by Greg’s son, advisor Josh Hill, and includes associate financial planner Andy Billard, investment administration manager Sophie Simes, and office and account administrator Sophia Healton.
Pisces and Hillside will function as separate entities under one operating structure at Integrated. Prior to joining Integrated, all three advisors were affiliated with RIA Keating Financial Advisory Services.
In July, Manhattan, KS-based Keating Financial Advisory Services broke away from broker-dealer Raymond James after 26 years, to launch into the independent space.
Despite leaving Raymond James, Keating Financial Advisory Services has kept the broker-dealer as a custodian and has added Charles Schwab as an custodian option, according to the firm’s recent Form ADV Part 2 Brochure and its website.
The two firms decided to join Integrated Partners because of its “advisor-first culture” and “value-added” services, which include ultra-high-net-worth support, planning resources, investment management capabilities, and CPA Alliance-tailored resources, Integrated said.
“We’ve always built our business around long-term relationships and doing what’s right for our clients,” Greg Hill said. “As our clients’ needs became more sophisticated, it was important to find a partner that could help us expand our planning capabilities without compromising our independence. Integrated gives us the flexibility, depth and support to do exactly that.”
Recently, Integrated Partners added Guilford, CT-based Fair Street Advisors, which oversees about $233 million in assets under management.
Boston-based Integrated Partners manages $23.8 billion in assets under advisement and serves over 220 advisors across 116 offices, the firm said.
