RIA Integrated Partners Snags Fair Street Advisors
RIA Integrated Partners has added a Connecticut-based wealth management firm, which oversees about $233 million in assets under management.
Guilford, CT-based Fair Street Advisors, founded in 2015, is led by founder and managing partner Vincent Esposito. Esposito is joined by senior wealth advisor Conor Dolan, and the team is supported by client service administrator Rebecca Stakelum, per the firm’s website.
Fair Street Advisors provides financial planning, wealth management services, and investment management to high-net-worth clients.
The team made the move to Integrated Partners because of the firm’s need for a “long-term partner with the infrastructure, advanced planning depth and collaborative resources,” Fair Street said.
“Joining Integrated allows us to build the business we envision without sacrificing who we are,” Esposito said. “The firm’s culture and depth of resources give us the tools to better serve our clients today, while positioning our practice for sustainable growth.”
As part of the acquisition, Fair Street gains access to Integrated Partners’ resources, planning capabilities, and its “entrepreneurial” platform, Integrated Partners said.
Recently, Integrated Partners added Lansing, MI-based Morrison Nordmann Wealth Management, which oversees about $200 million in total client assets.
Boston-based Integrated Partners manages $23.8 billion in assets under advisement and serves over 220 advisors across 116 offices, the firm said.
