Elevation Point Takes Minority Stake in $1.3B Breakaway Hampton Bluff
Elevation Point has made a strategic minority investment in Hampton Bluff Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based wealth management firm led by former UBS Private Wealth Management advisors who previously oversaw $1.3 billion in assets.
Hampton Bluff, formerly operating as Odyssey Wealth Management within UBS, is led by co-founders and managing partners Krunch Kloberdanz and Justin Runager. The firm serves entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, foundations and corporations.
“By bringing everything our clients need under one roof, we can help them navigate every stage and every major life event with even greater clarity, continuity, and confidence, reinforcing the high touch support they’ve come to rely on from us,” said Kloberdanz.
Through Elevation Point’s ecosystem, Hampton Bluff will gain access to investment banking, lending, capital-raising and municipal finance capabilities. Custody will be provided by Schwab and Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions via Elevation Point’s collaboration with Goldman Sachs. The firm will also leverage Elevation Point’s partnership with Vanilla for advanced trust and estate planning software.
“For a team that serves entrepreneurs and business leaders every day, building an independent firm is a natural next step—and a powerful foundation for scalable, long-term growth,” said Jim Dickson, Founding Partner and CEO of Elevation Point.
Founded just 19 months ago, Elevation Point has invested in independent teams overseeing nearly $13.2 billion in client assets under supervision, including recent partnerships with Harbor View Private Wealth and Forta Wealth Partners.
