Bluespring Wealth Partners Acquires $1.41B Signature Wealth
Bluespring Wealth Partners, the M&A arm of Kestra Financial focused on acquiring independent RIAs and hybrid advisory firms, has acquired Signature Wealth, a Pittsburgh-based wealth management firm overseeing approximately $1.41 billion in client assets. The transaction marks Bluespring’s eighth acquisition in 2025, underscoring its continued momentum in the RIA consolidation market.
Signature Wealth offers a broad suite of services, ranging from personalized investment and estate planning strategies to tax optimization, socially responsible investing, philanthropic planning, and business consulting. Following the transaction, Bluespring will assume key operational and back-office functions — including payroll, HR, and benefits administration — allowing Signature’s advisors to dedicate more time to client service and strategic growth.
“Signature Wealth is exactly the type of firm we look to partner with — strong leadership, a clear growth vision, and a deep commitment to clients,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, President of Bluespring Wealth Partners. “Their entrepreneurial mindset and long-term orientation embody the qualities we value most in our partners.”
The acquisition continues Bluespring’s active deal cadence. In September, the Austin-based firm added New Wall Street, a Green Bay, WI RIA managing approximately $135 million, and in July, it acquired Halcyon Wealth Advisors of Irving, TX, which oversees roughly $364 million in client assets.
