
Bluespring Wealth Partners Adds $364M RIA
Kestra Financial subsidiary Bluespring Wealth Partners, has acquired an Irving, TX-based registered investment advisor firm, which manages approximately $364 million in client assets.
Halcyon Wealth Advisors, founded in 2015, offers private wealth management, retirement planning, healthcare plans and financial planning to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
The team is led by owner and financial planner Lynn Clark and director of retirement plan services and director of private wealth management Carolyn Mora. Halcyon Wealth Advisors is also joined by retirement plan relationship manager Blake Janni and supported by director of operations and group benefits manager Shawna Williamson, and manager of client relations and administration Elle Dankel, according to the firm’s website.
The addition marks the second firm to join its existing Houston-based partner firm, LifeBridge Financial Group, and expands LifeBridge Financial’s reach into the Dallas-Fort Worth area with offices in Waco, Houston, Irving, and Cypress.
LifeBridge Financial is led by managing director Michael Rudelson and lead financial advisors Selena Krampota and Grayson Palmer.

In June, Bluespring Wealth Partners acquired Cypress, TX-based SilverStar Wealth Management, a Kestra Financial-affiliated firm, which manages about $1.4 billion in client assets.
Kestra Financial launched its subsidiary, Austin, TX-based Bluespring Wealth Partners, in 2019, to acquire registered investment advisor firms.
