$287M NY Advisory Group Moves to Cetera
Cetera Financial Group announced the addition of Corporate Plans Retirement Strategies LLC, an advisory group with more than $250 million in assets under administration, to the Cetera Wealth Partners platform, a community within Cetera Advisor Network. The group joined Cetera from Equity Services.
White Plains, NY-based Corporate Plans Retirement Strategies LLC is led by partners Brian Vieselmeyer, Peter Swansen, Jr., and founder Gerald M. Mirra.
“I am thrilled to welcome this talented team of advisors to our firm,” said Tom Halloran, head of advisor channel communities at Cetera. “Our value proposition of a small community feel for networking and support along with all of the resources of a major broker-dealer was an attractive differentiator.”
The last addition to Cetera Wealth Partners was last September and included Houston-based Innovative Premier Financial Services. The seven-person team joined the firm from NEXT Financial Group.
Meanwhile, in late January, Cetera added Arco Capital Partners, a $287 million advisory firm formerly with Raymond James, to Summit Financial Networks, another community within Cetera Advisor Networks. In the middle of last December, the firm added allwealth Planning, a three-advisor practice with $231 million in assets to Summit Financial Networks.
Cetera oversaw more than $545 billion in assets under administration and $235 billion in assets under management, as of September 30, 2024.
