Cetera Wealth Partners Adds Husband and Wife Texas FA Team 

Cetera Financial Group announced that Innovative Premier Financial Services (IPFS) has joined Cetera Wealth Partners. The seven-person team, which joins the firm from NEXT Financial Group, is led by husband and wife and managing partners David and Kate Frank.  

Houston-based IPFS advises approximately 500 clients on wealth accumulation as well as legacy, estate and business planning. 

David Frank has worked in the financial services field since 1994 and was registered with seven different firms before joining NEXT in 2020, according to BrokerCheck. In addition to his work as a financial advisor, he produced a financial talk radio show called “All Things Financial,” according to Cetera. 

“Cetera clearly understands and appreciates our business and goals, and we didn’t have any other firms coming to the table with such a comprehensive plan and vision for the future,” David Frank said. 

Kate Frank entered the financial industry in 2004 and was registered with seven separate firms until joining NEXT in 2018, according to her BrokerCheck profile. She currently leads growth and development of the insurance financial representatives at IPFS 

Cetera had about 12,000 financial professionals overseeing $521 billion in assets under administration and $224 billion in assets under management as of the end of June.
