Jay Frank

As President of Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, Jay Frank provides leadership, leads product creation and structuring, and helps drive the strategic direction of the firm. Since joining Cantor in 2015, Jay has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including the creation and launch of the industry’s first ’40 Act fund focused on private infrastructure, the firm’s Qualified Opportunity Zone and 1031/721 UPREIT platforms, and the integration of the firm’s mutual fund, ETF, SMA, and private markets platforms. Under his leadership, the firm successfully launched a private wealth distribution platform that now oversees $16 billion in assets under management.  

With two decades of experience in the industry, Jay has been instrumental in developing and managing innovative real estate, infrastructure, energy and private credit strategies exceeding $35 billion in aggregate value. He collaborates extensively with wealth management professionals, tax advisors, and legal experts to design and implement sophisticated investment solutions, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Interval Funds, Business Development Companies, 1031 and 721 Tax-Deferred Exchanges, and Qualified Opportunity Funds.  

Jay earned a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and is an Investment Banking Representative.  

Residing in Santa Monica, California, with his wife and two daughters, he is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He actively supports Happy Trails for Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster youth in Los Angeles.
