Jacob Heidkamp

Jacob Heidkamp serves as Principal and Co-President of FactRight and oversees FR Risk Management, the service-oriented arm of FactRight. Jake leads due diligence and research reviews of alternative investment programs on behalf of registered investment advisors and broker-dealers. His alternative investment experience includes initial due diligence and ongoing coverage of interval and tender offer funds, real estate investment trusts, business development companies, 1031 exchange programs, and private placements. 

Prior to working in alternative investments, he worked in structured finance valuation relating to collateralized debt obligations and financial institution mergers in St. Paul, Minnesota.  Jake has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.  Jake currently serves as a director on the board of directors of ADISA.
