AlphaCore Launches Family Office Unit with Acquisition of $5B Streamline

AlphaCore Wealth Advisory is bolstering its services for ultra-high-net-worth clients with the launch of AlphaCore Streamline, following its acquisition of Streamline Family Office.

Dover, MA-based Streamline Family Office, which is a women-led practice, represents roughly $5 billion in collective assets, is led by CEO and founder Katie Sullivan, and brings its 15-person team to AlphaCore’s roster.

The leadership team includes Chief Operating Officer Rebecca Sliwoski, Chief Financial Officer Trisha Presley, Chief Relationship Officer Amy Johnston, and family advisor leader Andrea Longo Carter.

The new division, AlphaCore Streamline, will offer non-advisory family office services, except for portfolio management or investment guidance, to existing clients, wealth advisors and investment managers, AlphaCore stated.

“I have always believed families deserve something more personal than a menu of services,” Sullivan said. “They need a partner who truly knows their people, priorities, and assets, and who will be there to handle whatever comes up with care, consistency, and discretion.

Additionally, the newly launched division will expand its existing family office endowment, which is led by Tara Dekel, AlphaCore’s director of Family Office.

As the demand for designated family office services increase, various wealth management firms have launched divisions tailored to UHNW clients, including RIAs Farther, Angeles Wealth Management, and SEIA

AlphaCore’s addition is the firm’s third transaction for the year, following its acquisition of Summit, NJ-based Brave Family Advisors, which oversees $700 million in client assets.

La Jolla, CA-based AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, which manages about $10 billion in assets under management, is majority-owned by CEO Dick Pfister and its employees.
