Vestmark Partners with Capital Group to Expand Access to Customizable Model Portfolios 

Vestmark, Inc. has partnered with asset manager Capital Group, making its model portfolios available to registered investment advisors through Vestmark’s platform, accessible via the advisors’ preferred custodians. Under the partnership, Capital Group’s ETF, mutual fund, and separately managed account (SMA) model portfolios will now be integrated with Vestmark’s tax-overlay, implementation, and trading services.

The announcement follows a series of strategic alliances for Vestmark in recent months. In August, the firm partnered with Fidelity Investments to provide open-architecture custom models through its platform. In July, Vestmark teamed up with iCapital, BlackRock, and Dynasty Financial Partners to launch a tax-managed Unified Managed Account (UMA) integrating private assets alongside public market vehicles. 

Vestmark currently supports six of the 10 largest managed account platforms in the U.S., with $1.9 trillion in assets flowing through its technology. The platform serves more than 65,000 financial advisors, offering access to a model marketplace with over 1,600 investment strategies.
