Zocks Partners with TruChoice to Enhance AI-based Solutions for Workflows

Zocks, an artificial intelligence platform, has partnered with TruChoice Financial Group, an AmeriLife company and insurance and retirement planning solutions provider, to streamline various workflow activities. 

Through the partnership, members that are affiliated with TruChoice will be enabled to leverage Zock’s services to help restructure various administrative tasks, including client meetings to managing issued life policies and annuity contracts. 

Additional resources include automated client follow-ups and meeting scheduling to help support tasks such as exam coordination, beneficiary confirmations, payment setup, and onboarding. 

“AI is changing the economics of insurance distribution by turning every client conversation from a source of paperwork into a source of business value, so producers can issue more policies,” said Brad Stoub, general manager of Insurance at Zocks. “The partnership between TruChoice and Zocks puts that shift into immediate practice.” 

Zock’s latest partnership comes about two weeks after the platform released the Zocks Advisor Intelligence plugin feature for Anthropic’s Claude. The plugin, dubbed Claude for Financial Advisors, includes a broad suite of tools to manage workflows, portfolio management, and integrates data from custodians. 

In June, Zocks also teamed up with Hightower to act as the exclusive AI assistant for advisors, as the firm looks to automate operational tasks.
