XYPN Unveils New RIA Affiliation Model Pricing structure of $1,500 per month, 20% of advisor's revenue XY Planning Network (XYPN), a platform for independent, fee-for-service financial planners, has launched a new registered investment advisor (RIA) affiliation option named Sapphire to supplement its existing membership option, Emerald. Sapphire has no asset minimums and a pricing structure of $1,500 per month plus 20% of the advisor's revenue. Emerald is designed for advisors who want more independence and control while still receiving the benefits of XYPN membership, including tech, compliance, community, coaching, advocacy, and education tools. Meanwhile, the Sapphire model offers additional support and outsources back-office compliance, investment, and client-management responsibilities. Emerald members can also transition to the model. XYPN stated that it just finished a pilot program with Sapphire and is currently adding two to three advisors per month, with ambitions to "transition" around 50 by the end of 2025, as well as expand other offerings in marketing, coaching, and community participation. Sapphire members are independent contractors rather than employees, and they can migrate to another platform at any time and take all their revenue with them, according to XYPN. XYPN Unveils New RIA Affiliation Model

XY Planning Network (XYPN), a platform for independent, fee-for-service financial planners, has launched a new registered investment advisor (RIA) affiliation option named Sapphire to supplement its existing membership option, Emerald.

Sapphire has no asset minimums and a pricing structure of $1,500 per month plus 20% of the advisor’s revenue.

XYPN stated that it just finished a pilot program with Sapphire and is currently adding two to three advisors per month, with ambitions to “transition” around 50 by the end of 2025, as well as expand other offerings in marketing, coaching, and community participation.

Sapphire members are independent contractors rather than employees, and they can migrate to another platform at any time and take all their revenue with them, according to XYPN.

“We created Sapphire because many of our members asked for this option. They wanted a program that would allow them to focus on clients, not compliance and regulations,” said Alan Moore, CEO and co-founder of XYPN.
