
Wrightwell to Invest Up to $300M in US Housing in Partnership with Bain, Saluda Grande
Wrightwell (formerly Vantage) announced it has closed its latest funding round. In conjunction with the transaction, the real estate platform also formed a strategic partnership with Bain Capital and Saluda Grade to invest up to $300 million to expand single-family rental (SFR) and build-for-rent (BFR) housing for lower- and middle-income families and individuals.
In addition to the funding and partnership, Atlanta, GA-headquartered Wrightwell announced the appointments of Chris Poston, EVP of property and asset management (formerly Rothesay Life); Mark Woodling, EVP of brokerage (formerly eXp); Jonathan Salyer, EVP of construction (formerly Darwin Homes); and Erin Taylor, EVP of finance and accounting (formerly Fundrise).

Founded in 2021 as an SFR asset originator, Wrightwell currently operates in Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The company plans to expand its cnbstruction, Brokerage, asset and property management divisions into 10 new markets within the next year.
