Wisdom Tree to Acquire Atlantic House in $200M Deal
WisdomTree has agreed to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited, a London-based systematic investment manager specializing in defined outcome and derivatives-driven strategies, in a deal valued at approximately $200 million.
The acquisition brings roughly $5.5 billion in assets under management and strengthens WisdomTree’s ability to design and scale active ETFs and outcome-oriented investment strategies across global markets. The transaction also expands WisdomTree’s models and portfolio solutions platform into the UK.
Atlantic House has built a strong footprint among UK independent financial advisers, a distribution channel WisdomTree sees as critical to future growth. The firm believes the deal will enhance portfolio construction capabilities while supporting more durable asset growth across the global wealth channel.
“This transaction advances our multi-year strategy to build a more diversified and higher-quality growth platform, expanding on WisdomTree’s 2025 acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC and our strategic entry into private markets,” said Jonathan Steinberg, founder and CEO of WisdomTree.
Founded in London, Atlantic House focuses on systematic risk-managed investment strategies designed to deliver defined outcomes using derivatives and portfolio hedging techniques.
“We see a significant opportunity to broaden access to our strategies across Europe and the United States, while continuing to serve our existing clients with the same disciplined approach and investment philosophy,” said Tom May, CEO of Atlantic House.
Following completion of the transaction, expected in the second quarter of 2026, WisdomTree anticipates managing approximately $163 billion in assets globally.
