Webull Launches Institutional Platform for Brokers, Advisors and Fintechs
Webull Corporation has launched Webull Institutional, a new platform designed to provide brokerage infrastructure, trading technology and investment services to financial institutions, including brokers, registered investment advisors, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, fintech companies and banks.
The platform enables institutional clients to build and scale investment offerings through a suite of brokerage services, application programming interfaces (APIs), AI-powered tools, execution capabilities and embeddable technology solutions.
Webull Institutional supports multiple account structures tailored to institutional needs, including fully disclosed, omnibus and omnibus accounts with anonymized sub-accounts. In addition to market access, clients can leverage Webull’s AI-driven investor tools, community investing features and retail trading expertise.
At launch, the platform provides access to U.S. equities and options, U.S. futures and prediction markets, cash management solutions, and market data and analytics. The company said it plans to expand into additional asset classes over time.
“Webull Institutional brings together modern brokerage infrastructure, clean APIs, AI-powered technology, and white-glove service in a single platform,” said Jack Keating, head of Institutional at Webull. “We’re helping brokers, fintechs, and financial institutions launch innovative investing experiences faster while leveraging the scale and capabilities of the broader Webull ecosystem.”
The launch follows the April 2026 approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority allowing Webull Securities (US) LLC to operate as a clearing broker, giving the company greater control over its brokerage operations and technology stack.
