
Wealth Enhancement Group Adds Another $1B-Plus RIA
Wealth Enhancement Group, an independent wealth management firm with more than $66.5 billion in total client assets, has acquired $1.1 billion New Era Financial Advisors, Inc. a hybrid RIA with office in Wayzata and Hutchinson, MN.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal is the Plymouth, MN-based serial RIA acquirer’s fifth of the year and the second with a firm overseeing at least $1 billion in assets.
New Era Financial Advisors’ team of six advisors and 11 support staff is led by Donald Warner, Grant Lindaman and Shad Ketcher.
