Wealth.com Raises $65M Series B to Scale AI-Driven Estate, Tax Platform

Wealth.com has raised $65 million in an oversubscribed Series B round, as demand accelerates for integrated estate and tax planning solutions across the wealth management ecosystem.

The round drew new investors including Titanium Ventures, Pruven Capital, The K Fund and Dynasty Financial Partners, alongside existing backers such as Charles Schwab, GV (Google Ventures), Citi Ventures, 53 Stations, Anthos Capital and Alumni Ventures. The raise builds on prior institutional momentum, including GV’s Series A lead in 2024 and Schwab’s strategic investment in 2025.

Wealth.com’s platform combines estate and tax planning into a unified workflow for advisors and clients, with adoption accelerating sharply. The firm reported 664% year-over-year growth in AI-powered workflows, driven by its proprietary Ester Intelligence engine.

“The next generation of firms will be defined by their ability to scale expertise with technological precision and trust. Wealth.com is building that platform, and over the past year alone, has been deployed by the nation’s largest RIA, the largest broker-dealer and the largest custodian,” said Rafael Loureiro, CEO and co-founder of Wealth.com.

The company has also expanded rapidly across enterprise and institutional channels, securing approvals from the three largest U.S. broker-dealers and gaining access to more than 50,000 financial advisors. Its platform now supports firms collectively servicing over $15 trillion in client assets.

Proceeds from the Series B will fund continued AI and product development, strategic acquisitions and distribution expansion, including a planned New York City office opening in May.
