Vantage Closes $2B Facility for North American Data Centers
Vantage Data Centers has closed a $2 billion financing facility to fund early-stage development across North America. The five-year revolving facility, including extension options, begins with three development assets as collateral and allows Vantage to add properties over time.
Structured as a warehouse facility, the financing can support projects during their development phase before they qualify for longer-term project debt or securitization.
“The newly established development facility is a strategic addition to Vantage’s capital platform, providing committed development-stage financing backed by a broader and more diverse investor base,” said Scott Beasley, the company’s global chief financial officer.
Evercore and Wells Fargo Securities served as lead arrangers. Twelve insurance companies and other institutional investors participated.
Vantage said it has closed more than $40 billion of capital during 2026 to finance global expansion, diversify funding sources and retain flexibility in deploying equity.
Denver-based Vantage develops and operates data centers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Its backers include DigitalBridge, Silver Lake, AustralianSuper and PSP Investments.
