Valeon Partners Launches as Merchant Bank

Valeon Partners has launched in partnership with Leon Capital Group, with a focus on serving family offices and middle-market private equity firms. 

Valeon provides advisory and debt and equity capital placement for mergers and acquisitions, capitalizations, and growth initiatives.  

Through their collaboration with Leon Capital Group, Valeon offers investment management services for family offices and institutional investors with a focus on direct and co-investment opportunities across private and public companies. 

Valeon is led by CEO and founder Travis Pittman, who also serves as a managing partner of Strategic Investments at Leon Capital Group.

“Family offices and the broader middle market deserve the same high caliber M&A and capital advisory support that has historically been reserved for the largest and most complex transactions,” Pittman said. “As banking institutions, investment managers and consulting firms have scaled, they have moved upstream in pursuit of bigger transactions, raising minimum fees and leaving behind the companies, sponsors and relationships that once defined their core business.” 

The six-person team primarily operates in Texas with offices in Austin and Dallas, and has offices in Denver, Los Angeles, and Nashville.
