UBS FAs Establish $1.3B Team in Connecticut
UBS Wealth Management USA has formed Stone Harbor Group, a team of financial advisors based in its Hartford, CT office.
The nine-person team consists of financial advisors Richard Cyphers, Gerald Dubey, Douglas Domian, Scott Mintz, David Sacharko, and Sean Siana, as well as client service associates Aranzazu Suarez, Jake Heyde, and Christian Foxen. Collectively, the team manages $1.3 billion in client assets and has more than 150 years of investment experience.
“Our client base continues to evolve as does their needs, and this newly integrated team is well-positioned to meet those needs and provide an enhanced client experience,” said William Cholawa, UBS greater New England market executive.
Cyphers served private clients as a senior advisor in the Citi Family office. Dubey, who’s been in the industry since 1971, likewise joined UBS from Citi’s family office in 2009. Siana joined UBS from Merrill Lynch in 2012 and Domian left Merrill for UBS the following year, while Sacharko came from Merrill last year. Mintz started his industry career with UBS in 2004, according to BrokerCheck.
