TrueCore Investments Acquires Oklahoma Industrial Property
TruCore Investments, an Oklahoma-based privately held commercial real estate investment company specializing in Class B industrial assets, announced the acquisition of a Class B industrial warehouse and distribution center in Oklahoma City, expanding its portfolio with more than $130 million secured during the last two years.
The deal was executed as a short-term sale leaseback with brokerage assistance from Cushman & Wakefield. TruCore said it is set to reposition and make immediate improvements to the facility.
“This acquisition supports our highly targeted investment strategy in Class B Industrial,” said Zach Harris, TruCore investments managing director and partner. “Oklahoma City is an attractive, business-friendly market with a central national location, steady job growth, and low energy costs, making the property desirable for a broad range of tenants into the future.”
Farmer Brothers currently occupies the warehouse and storage property, which spans 142,115 square feet on 8.5 acres, the location is also zoned for outdoor storage.
In December, TrueCore Investments acquired a single-tenant facility in Clearwater, FL, leased to FleetPrid, its second Florida acquisition.
