Transamerica, Osaic’s Advo(k)ate Advisors Launch Pooled Employer Plan

Transamerica and Osaic’s Advo(k)ate Advisors have launched the Advo(k)ate Nexus Pooled Employer Plan (PEP), a new retirement plan solution designed to simplify plan administration for employers while expanding access to fiduciary oversight and retirement benefits for employees.

The pooled employer plan integrates fiduciary outsourcing, payroll connectivity, recordkeeping and administrative services into a single platform, allowing businesses to reduce administrative responsibilities while providing participants with an enhanced retirement planning experience.

Under the arrangement, Transamerica Fiduciary Services will serve as the pooled plan provider, assuming key administrative and fiduciary responsibilities. Transamerica Retirement Solutions will provide recordkeeping and administrative services, while Transamerica Trust Company will act as custodian and trustee. Advo(k)ate Advisors will serve as the named ERISA Section 3(38) investment fiduciary, overseeing investment selection and monitoring.
