The Humphreys Group Merges with Treehouse Wealth Advisors
The Humphreys Group, a B-Corporation and boutique wealth management firm, announced a strategic merger with Treehouse Wealth Advisors, a women-led wealth manager based in Walnut Creek, CA.
This decision comes as part of a long-term succession plan, with Diane Bourdo, president of The Humphreys Group, setting a two-to-three-year timeline for her eventual retirement, the firm noted. Bourdo partnered with Beyond AUM, a wealth management consulting agency, for the transaction.
“After extensive due diligence and thoughtful reflection on our clients’ futures, I am confident this new partnership represents the best path forward,” said Bourdo. “Treehouse Wealth Advisors shares our values, philosophy, and a deep commitment to individualized, high-touch financial planning.”
The women-owned San Francisco-based The Humphreys Group provides long-term planning, investment management, and “relationship-based” wealth management. The firm said the team remains committed to empowering female investors and women experiencing life transitions.
Treehouse Wealth Advisors provides financial solutions for individuals and families who are “innovators, impact makers, and legacy builders,” the firm noted.
The partnership with Treehouse aims to enhance the firm’s client resources, such as Conversation Circles and ESG investment opportunities. The merged organization will operate across the Walnut Creek and San Francisco offices as Treehouse Wealth Advisors.
