Socium Partners with Hedgebay for Secondaries

Socium Fund Services has partnered with Hedgebay Securities to offer secondary market liquidity solutions for fund managers.

Socium, a Suntera Global company specializing in private equity and private credit fund administrations, will provide clients access to a controlled, secure environment curated by general partners to allow investors to buy or sell their limited partners’ interests, the firm noted.
