Rothschild Wealth Partners Scoops Up $200M Advisory Firm
Rothschild Wealth Partners has acquired a Chicago-based financial advisory firm, overseeing more than $200 million in assets under management.
Windgate Wealth Management, founded in 1990, provides wealth management services and “personalized” financial planning to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs across the Chicago market.
As part of the transaction, Windgate’s CEO and CIO Michael Corbett, wealth advisor and financial planner Sean Condon, and portfolio administrator Stacie Suhrbur will join Rothschild, the firm said.
“In our decision process to merge with Rothschild Wealth Partners, it was important to us that it would reflect our mutual values and continued dedication to delivering tailored wealth management solutions,” Corbett said.
Rothschild’s latest addition marks the firm’s second acquisition under chief growth officer Mac O’Brien’s leadership, since joining the firm in 2025.
Recently, Rothschild added Glen Ellyn, Ill-based Siligmueller & Norvid Wealth Advisors, which manages about $300 million in total client assets.
Chicago-based Rothschild Wealth Partners, founded in 1908, serves high-net-worth clients across the Oak Brook, Northbrook, Glen Ellyn, Denver and Nashville markets, the firm said.
