
Rockefeller Expands Southeast Presence with 10-Person Advisory Team
Rockefeller Global Family Office, the wealth management division of Rockefeller Capital Management, has recruited Lewis Wealth Partners, the firm’s first private advisor team based in Richmond, VA.
The 10-person team joins from Truist and will report to Kristen Sario, Southeast divisional director of Rockefeller Global Family Office.
The team, formerly known as The Lewis Group of Truist Investment Services Inc., oversaw about $1.8 billion in client assets as of September 2022, according to Barron’s.
Lewis Wealth Partners is led by managing directors and private advisors John Lewis, Joseph Bartholomew III, and Richard Blackwell as well as SVP and private advisor Kylie Roman.
“The importance of deeply experienced advisors who can help high-net-worth investors navigate increasingly complex wealth and family needs is growing everywhere, including in the Richmond area,” said Christopher Dupuy, president of Rockefeller Global Family Office.
Lewis Wealth provides financial planning, investment strategies, corporate and executive services, family legacy planning, customized credit solutions, wealth preservation strategies, and estate-transfer guidance to executives, entrepreneurs, institutional clients, and high-net-worth individuals and families, according to the team’s Truist web profile.
Other members of Lewis Wealth Partners include team financial planning officers Lindsay E. Dillon and Trevor Adams; wealth manager Michael G. Hofmeister; client service manager Catherine Elrod; and client associates Lauren Hershey and Jessica Taylor.
Rockefeller Capital Management began as the family office of John D. Rockefeller in 1882 and was restructured as an independent advisory firm in 2018. As of December 31, 2023, the firm was responsible for $122 billion in client assets across Rockefeller Global Family Office, Rockefeller Asset Management, and Rockefeller Strategic Advisory.
