Robertson Stephens Adds 3rd Colorado Office
Robertson Stephens Wealth Management, LLC acquired Ratio Wealth Group, a registered investment advisor managing more than $530 million in assets, marking its fourth acquisition of the year and expanding its presence in Colorado.
Derek Scarth and Graham Gerlach, co-founders of Ratio Wealth Group, join Robertson Stephens with their colleagues Josh Freedman, Nancy Kimball, Becky Neils, Jen Padgett, Jack Seavall, and Shawn Wallace.
From our first meeting, it was clear that Ratio’s high-growth culture, commitment to financial planning, and collaborative approach to client service aligned perfectly with our values,” said Raj Bhattacharyya, CEO, Robertson Stephens. “We are particularly excited about the valuable expertise the team brings as it relates to insurance planning and serving airline pilots.”
The latest deal for San Francisco-based Robertson Stephens, who is backed by private equity firm Long Arc Capital, brings its assets under management to over$6.5 billion across 22 locations.
Earlier this month, the firm opened its first office in Oregon with the acquisition of Rain Capital, a $360 million RIA. In May, it added to its Colorado footprint with the acquisition of Three Points Financial, a RIA managing approximately $118 million in assets.
