
Real Estate Investment Manager BH3 Rolls Out Growth Equity Strategy
BH3, a real estate development firm that specializes in multifamily, residential condominium and mixed-use properties, has expanded into growth private equity.
BH3 Growth Equity will provide capital to operating businesses within the real estate, construction and adjacent sectors, and invest in businesses with over $10 million in annual revenue, according to the firm.
Co-founded in 2009 by co-CEOs Gregory Freedman and Daniel Lebensohn , and with offices in Fort Lauderdale, New York and Denver, BH3 has invested over $1 billion of equity and more than $2 billion of debt in commercial real estate.
“Through our real estate debt, equity and development businesses, we’ve had the opportunity to invest in and utilize a vast array of new technologies and products that are changing the way commercial real estate is financed, built and operated,” said Freedman.
The company’s core focuses are development, CRE debt, opportunistic CRE equity, and growth equity sectors.
