Private Advisor Group Adds $120M Illinois Team 

Private Advisor Group, a $28.5 billion Morristown, NJ-based independet wealth management firm, announced that Poterack Capital Advisory, a $120 million four-person wealth management firm in Morton, IL, has joined the firm. 

Poterack Capital Advisory, led by CEO and wealth manager, Ryan Poterack, provides asset management, life and long-term care insurance, tax-efficient strategies, and income, retirement and wealth protection services. 

Wealth manager Alec Quaid, client relationship manager Anna Hopkins and director of operations Kaitlin Hummel will also be joining Private Advisor Group. 

Poterack has enrolled in Private Advisor Group’s Alignment & Equity Program, which is a jointly owned growth partnership entity, providing a direct economic interest in the overall Private Advisor Group community. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan and the entire Poterack Capital Advisory team to our growing community. We look forward to supporting their goals and furthering opportunities to drive collective success,” said Verne Marble, Private Advisor Group, director of business development. 

This deal follows Private Advisor Group’s addition of $100 million Troy, Mi-based Drake Financial Services last month.
