Pointes North Joins Osaic’s Empowered Independence Channel
Osaic, Inc. has added Pointes North Wealth Management to its Empowered Independence channel, as the $500 million advisory firm transitions from an independent model to a W-2 structure.
Led by managing partners Nathan Auclair and Brent Balloch, the New Hampshire-based firm will operate within Osaic’s integrated platform, designed to combine advisor autonomy with institutional-level support. Innovative Financial Group, an Osaic office of supervisory jurisdiction, played a key role in structuring the transition.
“We are excited to welcome Pointes North into the Empowered Independence channel,” said Cindy Hamel, Head of the Empowered Independence Channel at Osaic. “We’ve designed this channel to reduce operational complexity while giving advisors access to the scale, resources and support they need to build enduring businesses.”
Pointes North has built its practice on personalized financial planning and long-term client relationships. Auclair brings a longstanding connection to Osaic, having been affiliated with the firm since 1994.
“This structure allows us to focus more of our time and energy where it matters most; our clients. It also gives us greater flexibility as we think about the future of our business,” said Auclair and Balloch.
Pointes North joins a growing list of firms entering the channel, including Veater Financial Group and Bard Financial Services.
