Perot Jain Invests in Proptech Startup
Cecilian Partners, a New Hope, PA-based proptech startup, received growth funding from venture capital firm Perot Jain. The investment follows the recent $11 million Series A raise.
Led by John Cecilian, Jr., CEO, Cecilian Partners collaborates with land developers and homebuilders across the US to help them optimize their digital footprint and ease points associated with building and buying homes.
Its property development software, 3D mapping technology, and data management solutions are used to simplify placemaking for builders and developers while offering interactive experiences that improve the home buying experience.
The company now has a national presence across multiple states, serving over 75 clients in Texas and Florida alone, with a “fast-growing client base” in Dallas Fort Worth, including Hillwood Communities – one of the country’s largest community developers and Cecilian Partners’ largest client.
Fred Balda, president of Hillwood Communities, will join Cecilian’s advisory board.
