Pantzer Properties Closes $1B+ Multifamily Real Estate Fund 

Pantzer Properties has held the final close of Panco Strategic Real Estate Fund VI with $1.012 billion in total capital commitments, surpassing its fundraising target. The close marks the continuation of Pantzer’s long-standing Panco Strategic Real Estate Fund series, which focuses on acquiring, operating, and enhancing institutional-quality multifamily properties along the East Coast. 

Fund VI attracted commitments from a diverse group of institutional investors, including both long-standing limited partners and new relationships. “The strong demand for Fund VI reflects investor confidence in our proven strategy, the strength of our team, and the compelling opportunities within the multifamily sector,” said Jason Pantzer and Jordan Pantzer, Co-Chief Executive Officers of Pantzer Properties. 

Other recent fundraising activity in the multifamily sector include The Milestone Group’s Milestone Real Estate Investors VI, which closed at its $1.1 billion hard cap. The fund continues Milestone’s value-add strategy of acquiring and repositioning apartment communities in high-growth suburban markets across the Sunbelt and Mid-Atlantic regions, 

The firm, headquartered in New York, has deployed more than $7.5 billion across its investment platform since the inception of the Panco Strategic Real Estate Fund series.
