Pantheon Unveils Evergreen Global Infrastructure Secondaries Fund
Pantheon has launched the Pantheon Global Infrastructure Secondaries Fund (PGIS), a Luxembourg-established evergreen vehicle designed to provide investors with diversified exposure to global infrastructure secondaries.
The fund marks a strategic expansion of Pantheon’s evergreen platform, complementing its existing offerings across private equity and private credit as the firm continues to broaden access to private markets. The strategy will focus on building a diversified portfolio of infrastructure secondaries, with exposure spanning digital infrastructure, renewable energy and next-generation assets.
“As true infrastructure investors—not generalists—we’re scaling with precision to power the future of global infrastructure secondaries,” said Andrea Echberg, Global Head of Infrastructure at Pantheon. “Delivering this expertise to the private wealth market is the next step in our firm’s evolution.”
Pantheon has steadily expanded its infrastructure capabilities over the past decade, raising four funds since 2010 with an increasing emphasis on secondaries. In 2024, the firm completed its largest infrastructure program fundraise to date, securing $5.3 billion in commitments. Today, Pantheon manages approximately $26.9 billion in discretionary infrastructure assets globally.
