Pantheon Opens Global Infrastructure Secondaries Fund to Subscriptions
Pantheon has opened its Global Infrastructure Secondaries Fund to subscriptions, giving eligible investors outside the U.S. access to the firm’s institutional infrastructure strategy through an evergreen vehicle.
The Luxembourg-domiciled fund, known as PGIS, received regulatory approval in April after filing for registration earlier in 2026. It is available to eligible institutional and qualified investors through select distributors, private banks and wealth platforms in major global markets.
PGIS will build a concentrated but diversified portfolio across digital infrastructure, power and utilities, renewable energy and energy efficiency, transportation and logistics, and social infrastructure. It will focus on core, core-plus and select value-add assets in developed markets, according to Pantheon.
“In today’s market, demand for infrastructure investing is increasing rapidly with the potential for capital appreciation, inflation-linked cash flows, lower volatility and portfolio diversification,” said Jérôme Duthu-Bengtzon, a Pantheon partner and PGIS portfolio manager.
The fund joins Pantheon Global Private Equity and Pantheon Global Credit Secondaries Fund within the firm’s international evergreen lineup. Pantheon’s broader evergreen platform manages about $15 billion across U.S. and international strategies.
Pantheon began investing in private markets secondaries in 1988 and raised its first infrastructure secondaries fund in 2010. The firm now manages $27.9 billion in discretionary infrastructure assets.
PGIS is the first open-ended vehicle offering Pantheon’s infrastructure secondaries strategy to eligible investors outside the U.S.
