Osaic Welcomes $379M Women-Led Firm in Oklahoma

Osaic, Inc. has expanded its advisor network with the addition of ArrowPoint Wealth Advisors, a newly launched, women-led firm overseeing $379 million in assets under management across offices in Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma. Co-founded by Mandy Dollar, CEO, and Jennifer Wallis, chief growth officer, ArrowPoint brings a “client-first” approach rooted in ethics, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Dollar, formerly with MidFirst Bank and a sports and entertainment accredited wealth management advisor, specializes in serving athletes and entertainment professionals. Wallis, who holds the behavioral financial advisor designation, emphasizes empathy and behavioral finance in her practice. Together, they built ArrowPoint to simplify complex financial concepts, align strategies with clients’ values, and provide holistic advice through a “human-first” lens.

“Osaic’s platform gives us the strength of a national firm while letting us deliver boutique-style service,” said Dollar. Wallis added, “At ArrowPoint, we blend experience, empathy, and purpose. Osaic’s advisor-centric network allows us to live out that mission.”

ArrowPoint also highlights its distinction as a women- and Native-owned firm, underscoring its commitment to diversity and representation in wealth management. Osaic executives praised the firm’s forward-thinking approach. “Mandy and Jennifer are building a practice that empowers clients with education and confidence — a perfect alignment with Osaic’s values,” said Kristen Kimmell, EVP of business development at Osaic.

This announcement follows Osaic’s recent addition of Virtus Wealth Solutions, another women-led financial planning firm managing $460 million in assets
